1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website dushi.me, using any of its tools (including the AI Quoting Assistant, the authors library and the marketplace), or starting a conversation with Dushi through any channel (email, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct), the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or contacting us through these channels.
2. Service Provider Identity
The services described in this document are provided by two related entities operating under the commercial brand "Dushi Company":

Provides printing services within Mexican territory, operates customer support via WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct, and issues the corresponding tax receipts (CFDI).
Processes international payments through Stripe, Inc. and manages the brand's online presence.
Hereinafter, both entities will be referred to jointly as "Dushi" or "we".
3. Description of Services
Dushi provides the following services:
- On-demand digital printing of books, catalogs, magazines, stickers, labels, flyers, postcards, folders, business cards, letterhead and similar products.
- Online quoting via the AI Quoting Assistant at dushi.me/kb, through WhatsApp Business, or by email.
- Authors marketplace at dushi.me/autores, where independent writers offer their books to the public under print-on-demand.
- Automated assistance through artificial intelligence (AI Quoting Assistant, automated replies on messaging channels) that can be complemented with human support.
- Guides and educational content at dushi.me/guias.
4. Quoting and Ordering Process
Quotes generated through any channel are estimates subject to final review and validation of the files submitted by the client (preflight). Formal quotes are those issued with folio "COT-YYYY-NNNN" and sent by email or with a payment link.
The production lead time begins once both of the following conditions are simultaneously met:
- Payment received (total or partial deposit, as applicable).
- Files approved by our preflight team.
If files require corrections, the countdown is paused until the client delivers acceptable versions. Changes requested by the client after production has started may result in additional costs or restart the lead time.
5. Client Files and Intellectual Property
By submitting files for printing, the client declares and warrants that:
- The client owns the copyright to all content, or holds express authorization from the rights holder to reproduce it.
- The content does not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, image rights, trade secrets, etc.).
- The content is not illegal, defamatory, pornographic, hate speech, related to illicit activities, nor does it undermine the dignity of individuals or groups.
Dushi does not verify file ownership or source and therefore is not responsible for any copyright, trademark or third-party rights infringement committed by the client. Any legal claim arising from the printed content is the sole responsibility of the party who delivered it for printing.
Dushi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without the need for detailed justification, to refuse work that it considers illegal, defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory, or that violates third-party rights. Payments corresponding to work refused on these grounds will be refunded within a maximum of 10 business days.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices published on the site and in quotes are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated. They may or may not include the 16% VAT depending on what is specified in each quote.
Accepted payment methods:
- Mexican bank transfer (SPEI) to accounts held by ALyeri Print Shop, S.A. de C.V.
- Credit or debit card through Stripe, processed by Dushi Company LLC. International purchases may be subject to currency conversion by the card issuer.
- Cash deposit at bank branch (Mexican operations only).
Dushi issues Mexican tax receipts (CFDI) upon client request, provided fiscal data is supplied before the close of the month in which payment was made.
7. Delivery, Shipping and Risk of Loss
Delivery times stated are estimates. Orders may be picked up at no cost at our premises in Col. Algarín, Mexico City, or shipped via carriers contracted by Dushi (FedEx, Estafeta and others).
Dushi's responsibility for the product ends when it is handed over to the shipping carrier. From that moment on, the risk of loss, damage or delay is transferred to the client and is governed by the carrier's own policies. Dushi will assist the client in managing claims with the carrier but is not obligated to replace or refund products for incidents occurring during transit.
8. Returns and Reprints
As the products are customized on-demand, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has started, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects attributable to Dushi.
To claim a defect, the client must notify us by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp, providing photographs of the defect, within 5 business days following receipt of the order. Dushi will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a free reprint or a credit note for the corresponding amount.
Items not considered manufacturing defects include, among others: color variations inherent to the digital printing process (up to ±5% relative to on-screen proofs); small trim variations within industry tolerances (±2 mm); typographical errors already present in the files supplied by the client; and differences between the file and the client's perception.
9. Communication via Digital Channels
When the user starts a conversation with Dushi through WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, the user expressly accepts that:
- Messages may be answered by artificial intelligence assistants (models from Google, Anthropic or other providers), by Dushi's human staff, or by a combination of both.
- Conversations may be recorded and stored in our internal systems (CRM) for support, order tracking and quality improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Notice.
- Information shared through these channels is subject to the privacy terms of the respective platforms (WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc.) as well as those of the AI providers involved.
- Automated responses are informational. Formal quotes and order confirmations always include a folio and are ratified by a human representative when applicable.
10. Dushi's Intellectual Property
The content published on dushi.me —including texts, logos, trademarks, design, guides, articles, photographs and code— is owned by Dushi or used under license. Its reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Quoting short excerpts of our guides for educational or reference purposes is allowed, provided the original link to dushi.me is included.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, Dushi's total liability toward the client for any claim arising from the use of the site or the contracted services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Dushi shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, lost business opportunities or consequential damages of any kind.
12. Changes to the Terms
Dushi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this same page, with the corresponding update date at the top. Continued use of the site or our services after the publication of a modified version constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For all matters relating to their interpretation, compliance or enforcement, as well as for any dispute arising from services provided by ALyeri Print Shop, S.A. de C.V., the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their current or future domicile.
Payment operations processed by Dushi Company LLC (New Mexico, USA) are additionally governed by the Stripe, Inc. terms of service.
