Can you correct errors in my file before printing?
In summary: we do not correct the content of your file (text, design, photos, or layout). At Dushi we print your file exactly as you send it, as long as it meets the technical specifications for professional printing.
Only in very obvious cases can we warn you if we detect something serious, but the final responsibility for the file always lies with the client.
Does the print shop correct spelling, design, or layout?
❌ We do not make content corrections
At our print shop we do not:
- Spelling or writing corrections
- Design or layout adjustments
- Margin modifications or text arrangement
- Image or photo editing
- Color, font, or style changes
It is very important that your file arrives 100% finished and reviewed by you before sending it to print.

What type of errors can we detect at a glance?
Although we do not review your file in detail, in some very obvious cases we can detect problems such as:
✔ Very obvious technical errors
Examples of situations where we might stop and notify you:
- A cover smaller than the interior
- A spine totally disproportionate to the number of pages
- The file comes in a different size than you requested in your quote
- A PDF so small or deformed that it is evident that something went wrong in the export
In those cases:
We can notify you if we manage to perceive it, but this is not guaranteed and does not replace your own review.
Even so, the responsibility for the file always lies with the client.
What if my file has internal errors?
1. Text, design, or image errors
If your file has:
- Spelling errors
- Cut-off texts
- Low-resolution images
- Elements too close to the edge
- Inverted or disordered pages
➡️ It will be printed as is.
We do not edit or correct those types of details.
To avoid this, it is essential that you review your file before sending it to production.

2. Files in incompatible or damaged formats
If the problem is serious and technical, such as:
- The file is damaged or does not open
- The format is not accepted for printing
- The size is extremely small for what you want to print
- The file comes in a format we do not work with
In those cases:
➡️ We do stop the process and notify you so you can resend the correct file.
