Unlike other complex systems based on postal code or variable weight, in our printing shop we only handle three clear options delivery dates, each with a fixed cost.

In our print shop we work exclusively with three delivery modes:
🟩 1. Home delivery in Mexico City
Delivery directly to your home, office or business in any city of the CDMX.
🟩 2. Shipping to the interior of Mexico (except CDMX)
Delivery in any state of the Mexican Republic outside Mexico City.
🟩 3. Pick up at our facilities
More economical option, ideal if you want to avoid shipping costs.

The calculation is very simple:
✔️ 1. The ChatBot asks you for your delivery method.
Depending on your choice, the system automatically assigns a predefined cost:
- CDMX → fixed cost
- Interior of Mexico → fixed cost
- Pickup → no shipping cost
✔️ 2. We do not use variable rates according to weight, zone or zip code.
This avoids confusion and ensures uniform pricing.
✔️ 3. The shipping cost is added to the total of your quote.
You will see it immediately reflected along with:
- Materials
- Finishes
- VAT
This facilitates quick decision making when quoting within the ChatBot.

- It doesn't matter if your project weighs more or less
- It does not matter which city hall you quote from

Since we handle fixed rates per zone, the cost of shipping and handling is does not change, even if your project:
- It has more pages
- Has greater weight

- CDMX
- Interior
