Can I modify a quotation after I have saved it?
No. The quotations generated and saved within our ChatBot cannot be modified once they have been created.
Each quotation is saved as it was originally generated, with its corresponding folio, details and price.
If you need to change any data - such as number of pages, paper type, size, print run or delivery method - you will need to generate a new quotation within the ChatBot itself.

There are three main reasons:

When saved, your folio is linked to:
- Date of creation
- Starting price
- Exact project specifications
- Validity of 30 days
Modifying it would alter the history and could generate inconsistencies.

Prices for paper, HD toner and materials are subject to change.
If an old quotation is changed, the updated price may not match the current costs.
Generate a new quotation ensures:
- Accuracy
- Transparency
- Correct prices for the present time

Each project has very specific parameters:
- Color or black and white
- Type of paper
- Number of pages
- Cover finishing
- Binding
- Delivery
Modifying all this on an old sheet of paper could lead to confusion.
Therefore, the system only allows new contributions.

If you wish to make changes, just type in the ChatBot:

The ChatBot will start a new process by asking:
- Type of product
- Size
- Color or black and white
- Type of paper
- Pages
- Binding
- Quantity
- Delivery method
At the end you will have a new updated price, You will be able to save it again with a different folio.

Yes.
Your saved quote will remain available during your 30 days of validity, and you can:
- Check it out
- Consult
- Compare
- Share it by mail
Meanwhile, your new quotes will be saved separately.

- Advertising material
Each one can be quoted as many times as you need.
