Can I request an invoice for my order?
Yes, all purchases made at our print shop can be invoiced through Official CFDI from SAT.
You can request your invoice before making the payment o after completion, depending on what you prefer for your accounting.
Our goal is to make the process clear, fast and 100% compatible with Mexican tax requirements.

In order to issue your invoice, we will need the following information:
🟩 1. RFC
Your updated Federal Taxpayers Registry.
🟩 2. Company Name or Full Name
It must coincide with your tax records.
🟩 3. Use of CFDI
For example: G01, G03, P01, etc.
🟩 4. Tax Address
As it appears in your SAT certificate.
🟩 5. Method of payment
You must indicate how the operation was performed:
- Stripe (card)
- SPEI
- Bank deposit
🟩 6. E-mail for sending the invoice
🟩 7. Proof of Tax Status
It is only requested the first time or if you need to update your data.

You can apply at either of these two times:
🟩 Option 1: Before payment
If you need an invoice in advance:
- We send you an invoice receivable
- You make your payment with the correct data
- The system stamps the invoice as soon as payment is confirmed.
This option is ideal for companies that require internal authorization or previous accounting processes.
🟩 Option 2: After payment
If you have already paid, just send us your data and proof of payment.
We will issue your invoice with date and method of payment.
🟪 How will I receive my invoice?
Your CFDI invoice will be sent directly to your e-mail, including:
- Archive XML
- Archive PDF
- Stamped tax data
- Breakdown of your purchase
🟪 Is there a time limit for requesting an invoice?
Yes.
You can request your invoice only within the current fiscal month, as required by SAT regulations in Mexico.
If your purchase was made in a different month, we will not be able to issue a retroactive invoice.
